Exercise following surgery for Breast Cancer

For people who have had surgery as part of their treatment for breast cancer we provide a one hour workshop at Creeting St Mary (for the Ipswich area) and a group of six classes in Felixstowe. If you are unable to travel to either location or in need of guidance at home, pre-recorded videos of exercises are available online.
