As a patient of East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, you can also access Alvie, a free NHS service designed to support your physical and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after treatment. You don’t need to have a confirmed diagnosis to get started; support is available whenever you need it.

With Alvie, you’ll receive:

Most patients will be referred automatically to the digital health programme provided by Alvie. You will be contacted by Alvie via text message and telephone call to tell you more about their offer. You are under no obligation and can opt out at any stage.
